Delivery & Payment Policy

Payment methods:

Oroginale Jewllery online currently has two form of payment methods:

1) PayPal

2) Direct bank transfer to Oroginale's account

 

Delivery Information:

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY confirming your payment details (if you have provided your email address). You will also receive an email from Oroginale Jewellery confirming your order.

All orders will be processed within 24 hours of being submitted unless the item is not in stock. If the item is not in stock, Oroginale Jewellery will get in touch with you confirming the dispatch date.

We will attempt, however we cannot guarantee delivery within 1 to 7 working days from the date of payment - delivery time will vary depending on destination (excludes public holidays).

As we enter the busy Christmas period in December and receive high volume of orders, we highly recommend that our OROGINALE online customers place their orders early December, however we will do our very best to deliver the purchased item before the 24th of December. If we are unable to deliver the order from the date of purchase prior the Christmas date, we will notify the customer before the Christmas date 24th of December and refund the full payment immediately. The appropriate delivery method such as Courier or Australia Post (express post delivery)  will be determined by Oroginale Jewellery by such factors including delivery networks, size and weight of order once packaged. Oroginale Jewellery does not use signature on delivery method although if you require signature on delivery do not hesitate to let the team at Oroginale Jewellery know at the time of the order and we will be happy to make those arrangements. The option for signature on delivery costs $8.00. Please email us at mail@oroginale.com.au for further enquiries.  If a parcel is dispatched by Oroginale Jewellery and  gets lost or not delivered it would be up to the customer to follow up the parcel with the tracking number provided and if not found it would be up to the customer to submit a report to Australia Post for further investigation. Oroginale Jewellery recommends a person to be present between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm to accept delivery to your nominated address - signature may be required upon delivery if requested by customer.

Oroginale Jewellery will not take responsibility for lost parcel due to incorrect delivery details as submitted by you at the time of order or by Australia Post during the delivery of the item. Delays in delivery and orders returned to sender (Oroginale Jewellery) in the event that you fail to take action for organised re-delivery, should no one be present at time to accept first delivery attempt.

PLEASE NOTE:
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is sent back to Oroginale Jewellery, there is a fee of $15 Australia wide and $65 internationally to dispatch the item back to the customer.
